Tetra Designs Limited served as the Project Architects, providing comprehensive design and supervision services. The project was delivered through a multidisciplinary team that included structural and civil engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, a quantity surveyor, land surveyor, and environmental consultants.
Appointed in 2020, the project is being implemented in phases, with the first phase comprising two (2) blocks successfully completed in 2024. Upon full completion, Sywan Homes will stand as a landmark residential development in Nakuru, offering high-quality housing within a well-planned community setting.
