Prisons Ridge Residence is a bespoke six-bedroom residential maisonette located in the Prisons area of Kitale. The development features a high-pitched Decra roof and is thoughtfully designed to offer luxury, privacy, and functional living spaces.
The residence includes a basement office, store area, a detached gazebo, and a self-contained two-bedroom guest house unit, creating a comprehensive and well-balanced residential environment.
The project has an approximate built-up area of 950m², with an estimated construction cost of KES 45 million. It was developed for a private client, reflecting a strong emphasis on personalized design, quality finishes, and attention to detail.
Tetra Designs Limited served as the Project Architects, providing both design and supervision services. The project was delivered through a multidisciplinary team that included structural and civil engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, a quantity surveyor, and a landscape consultant.
