Tetra Designs Limited served as the Project Architects, providing comprehensive design and supervision services through to completion. The project was delivered through a multidisciplinary team that included structural and civil engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, a quantity surveyor, a land surveyor, and environmental consultants.
