Madaraka Apartment is a six-storey residential development located in Thika. The project comprises thirty five (35) one-bedroom and bedsitter units, designed to provide affordable, functional, and modern living spaces for urban residents.
The development has a total built-up area of approximately 1,600m², with an estimated construction cost of KES 85 million. It was commissioned by a private real estate developer, reflecting a focus on efficient space utilization and quality construction.
Tetra Designs Limited served as the Project Architects, providing both design and supervision services. The project was delivered through a multidisciplinary team that included structural and civil engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, a quantity surveyor, physical planners, and environmental consultants.
